Many Problems for my game

Sorry to say, but there are a couple of bugs in my game. As they are considered features, it does make it harder to play the game. Here are some fixes to the problems

if you die and it doesn't show game over screen press ALT + F4 to exit out of application.

the falling spike decrease your speed forever, run into a spike trap so it resets.

Not all levels are show for some reason, just redo all levels and try and beat your PB.
